| About Dale Vermillion
Dale Vermillion began his career in 1983 as a loan officer and by age 30 was Executive
Director for a national mortgage company of over 1,000 employees with responsibility for all aspects of
sales, marketing and operations.
In 1995, Dale founded Vermillion Consulting, Inc. to provide high-integrity sales and
management training and consulting services to the mortgage industry. At that time he published the
CreativEquity® Sales and Management System, the mortgage industry's most powerful corporate training
program. Since then, Dale has become a prominent international speaker, consultant and industry expert.
He has trained over 250,000 mortgage professionals and consulted to over 140 of the largest and most
successful mortgage companies.
Mr. Vermillion was one of the top-rated speakers for the popular CloseMoreTM
University between 2003 and 2006. CloseMoreTM held events in over 50 cities nationwide,
attracting audiences in excess of 3,000 people. In addition, Dale was the featured speaker for
BreakThroughTM Mortgage Academy during 2005, training mortgage brokers all across Canada.
In 2004, Dale designed, wrote, and published the Mortgage ChampionsTM Sales
and Management System for independent mortgage professionals. Mortgage ChampionsTM has become
the mortgage broker community's leading sales and management training program. This training provides
high integrity, content driven seminars and products for both sales and leadership.
Dale has been featured as an industry expert on General Alexander Haig's World Business
Review and serves on General Haig's Alliance for Technology Education. He has also been published in
multiple industry publications including; Scotsman Guide, Mortgage Banking Magazine, Broker Magazine,
Mortgage Originator, MBA Newslink, Mortgage Press, Equity Magazine and American Banker as well as numerous
quotes and articles in newspapers nationwide.
Dale is a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association (MBA), National Association of
Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP). He serves
on the Executive Committee of the Non-Prime and Alt-A Council for the MBA.
Dale's commitment to helping people achieve both professional and personal success led
him to develop personal life development training known as LifeEdgeTM. This training
challenges and educates people in the areas of family, giving and faith to help them achieve true and
holistic success.
Dale founded Mortgage Professionals Providing Hope ("MPPH") in 2006; a not-for-profit
mortgage industry based foundation dedicated to raising funds and providing support to the poor of India.
Dale founded MPPH after four years of visiting rural India and seeing the tremendous needs.
The purpose for creating this organization was to provide an opportunity for mortgage professionals to get
involved in a charitable cause that could make a difference in the world.
Dale and his wife have been married 16 years and are raising four children in the
Midwest. He and his family are passionately involved in their church, as well as humanitarian and missions
work in India. Dale and his wife currently lead high school youth groups at their Church.
